Pastor Williams is a native of Richmond, Virginia. He graduated from the public school system of Virginia. Pastor Williams attended J. Seargent Reynolds Community College, Evans Smith Leadership Training Institute at Virginia Union University School of Theology, Oral Roberts University, and Christ for the Nations Institute. Pastor Williams holds an Associate Degree and is continuing his education at the Master's International School of Ministry.

Pastor Williams is married to the former Gwendolyn Alise Smith. First Lady Williams is also a graduate from the public school system of Richmond, Virginia. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Smith Dean Massey School of Business and an Associate Degree in Banking Financial Management/Accounting from Pan American Business School for Girls. She is licensed and certified through the American Association of Christian Counselors in Counseling/Women's Ministry and pursuing a Master's Degree in Biblical Counseling and Psycology. In 2008, she recieved a honorary leadership award of recognition from Who's Who Among American Business Women in Leadership. In February 2010, she celebrated her achievement of recognition award for her 30 years of significant service to the County of Henrico where she is employed.

Pastor Williams and First Lady Williams work closely together to assist families and individuals through counseling and prayer. They always put the needs of their fellow bretheren before their own needs. Pastor Williams and First Lady Williams can be counted on to visit the sick or shut-in/hospitalized or make contact by phone and encourage the Leaders and Congregation to do the same.
